Committed to excellent Treatment & Outcome since 2013

Our SHOCKWAVE THERAPY CENTRE is the only Clinic on the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane dedicated to providing the revolutionary treatment of Shockwave Therapy.

Our clinic is proud to be one of the most advanced Shockwave Therapy clinics nationwide. As members of the International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment (ISMST), our clinic carries the broadest range of treatment applicators in Queensland.  This means that we can target your injury or condition with a  broad range of techniques and treat at various intensities as well as in various depth.

Our shockwave protocol is also highly customized based on individual client needs.  Shockwave should not be used with a 'one-fits-all' approach, as each client may present differently for the same condition. Our clinic has treated an extensive range of conditions for hundreds of clients, most with over 90% success with improvement in pain and range of motion. This is a truly amazing result especially for patients who have been struggling with pain and loss of quality of life. Shockwave Therapy is non invasive, fast, safe and effective and offers a long lasting solution. We are a trusted clinic of many doctors, professional athletes and patients with every day conditions.

Rohan has gained extensive knowledge and experience in private practice working with a wide variety of patients. He has successfully helped patients recover from sporting injury, post-surgery, work-related injury or the everyday aches and pains. He is fascinated by, and has comprehensive knowledge of how the body works and enjoys giving this insight to his patients, helping them better understand their pain and what steps to take forward in their recovery.

Rohan’s passion for physiotherapy stems from his heavy sporting background having experienced injuries himself and understanding the importance of early, specific, and effective rehabilitation.

He utilises a ‘hands-on’ approach, using joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, trigger point and muscle energy techniques to achieve the best immediate outcome for his patients.

Rohan also offers dry needling, shock wave therapy and ultrasound as part of his multi-modal treatment approach.

Rohan is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association as part of the sports union in which he is currently undergoing further accreditation to become a Titled Sports Physiotherapist. He is also a member of Sports Medicine Australia.

When he is not working, Rohan enjoys living an active lifestyle playing competitive field hockey, and keeping fit with swimming and squash.
